We do videography and we aim to do it well, to meet, exceed and surpass our clients expectations. To create long lasting fruitful relationships and do repeat business with completely satisfied clients.

To put us in the best position to achieve this we have a few terms and conditions which have to be adhered to.

 

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions are always subject to change so please check before booking to find and adhere to the relevant terms and conditions at the time of hiring Water Media.

 

Bookings Policy

 

Bookings under £300

For any booking under £300 we require the following.

full cash payment or bank transfer before or on the day of the event of filming. Please make sure you have the funds available to pay before booking, sounds simple but rarely followed. If the customer does not pay the FULL balance before or on the day of filming by cash or bank transfer then Water Media will not begin editing the product and will not pass on the footage for any other company or individual to edit either. If in this scenario the payment is still not received within 5 days then Water Media reserve the right to cancel the opportunity for it to be edited, INCREASE the payment, or use the footage for our own purposes and not that of which was originally intended.

Please respect that this is a business and a service provided, It costs money and time to facilitate these services, so if you are not 100% certain about booking Water Media then please don’t.

 

Bookings over £300

For more costly bookings, i.e those over £300 Water Media require a minimum of 50% deposit before the date of the event by cash or bank transfer. Deposit only refundable if Water Media Tv cancel the booking for whatever reason. The remainder is payable in full on the date of filming.

 

Creative Control Policy

Water Media believes each video, client and event is different and aim to offer bespoke packages for its clients. However, this bespoke service has certain restraints and conditions which are as follows.

 

For bookings under £300 

Water Media will take what is asked into consideration and aim to achieve the clients requests. however, we have all the final creative control, so please be assured and comfortable with our work and understand that we cannot facilitate all requests.

 

For bookings over £300

Water Media will take into full  consideration a clients requests and will aim to achieve all they have requested (if feasible)
We will work closely with the client to achieve the desired end result.

 

Editing Policy

 

After filming has commenced and the deposit or full amount has been paid, then we will begin editing. Editing start date begins 24hrs after the last hour of filming. this factor is relevant if your concerned with how long we have to start and end editing your project.

 

For Music Videos the turnaround time is anything from 2 days – 14 days.

 

For Weddings the turnaround time is 30 – 90days (depending on complexity)

 

For all other projects it is whenever required and agreed in advance by the client. If no date is agreed then it is 14 days minimum. However most likely will be sooner.

 

If there is a specific date for the video to be launched then please agree this with us before booking so we can effectively manage work loads to make sure we are punctual and deliver in good time for your deadline.

 

If we require elements from clients to be able to finish the project such as, music soundtracks, images, text, and information. Please be prompt and punctual in delivering this to us to avoid the delay of your video. Especially with music, It can be quite difficult to edit without having that at the ready. It’s always easier to begin once everything is accessible to edit with.

 

Final Product Policy

For all bookings clients will receive the video privately online or a private screening via Skype to view it before it is released. Clients then have the opportunity to request any and as many tweaks and changes and have 48hrs to inform us.

Once these Changes are made no further changes and tweaks are permitted.
(this does not include, grammatical, spelling, or information errors) 

 

Multiple Bookings Policy

 

If a multiple booking is made the client can receive discounts (subject to status)

 

Referral Policy

 

We will always try and discount a customer where referred from a previous client however this may not always be possible. Due to a continuous relationships built or other factors if you are referred and you are aware of a lower price that Water Media have charged, it doesn’t mean you will also benefit from that price as well. Please understand that this is not personal and there can be many different factors that make up our decisioning in charging someone less than listed.

 

Rights of Use

 

Water Media TV, WMT, trading names of Water Media Talents Ltd reserve the right to re-use, re-edit & broadcast all videos filmed and edited by ourselves. We reserve the right to use videos we have produced featuring people and content owned by others for our own promotional purposes and work showcasing. We also reserve the right to upload videos onto social sites such as Youtube & Vimeo mainly although could be others, and have these videos accessible to the general public for viewing. Please be comfortable with this when considering to book us and ask any questions or make specific privacy requests known before booking. Water Media also reserve the right to take down any video we are broadcasting this may include loss of views or comments to the client. However, (this is a rarity as we aim to showcase all our work)
